We offer tank internal lining services, carrying out surface preparation and coatings application we an approved applicator of specialist linings such as but not limited to Vinyl Ester Glass Flake, Epoxy Phenolic, Epoxy Novolac & Modified Epoxy systems.
Corrosion Resistant Pipe Wrapping
We offer the supply and application and inspection of buried or immersed Pipes, Rods Cables, Butt Welded Joints, Elbows, Tees, Flanges, Coating Repairs, and overwrapping services
Machine Floor Blasting Services
(Tank internal floors, workshop floors & walkways)
We carryout surface preparation to floor surfaces, machine aided to clients’ specifications, using steel grit and shot abrasives, the advantage of this method is less waste and dust is generated, and saves time especially when working inside confined spaces on clean up time, reducing man hours spent in confined spaces.
Shut Down/Outage Services
We offer trained labour & management resources to carryout surface preparation & coating activities, and we also carryout surface preparation for inspection purposes such as vessel/tank internal welds/plates, water walls and tube bundle.
Encapsulation
We can enclose our work area within a habitat, to protect adjacent areas and create a suitable micro-climate for paint application.
